Nominations will open on THURSDAY, 28TH JANUARY 2010 at 12 noon. Nominations will close on THURSDAY, 11TH FEBRUARY 2010 at 5.00 p.m. Close of nominations meeting is THURSDAY, 11TH FEBRUARY 2010 at 5.15 pm
Publicity deadline is MONDAY, 15TH FEBRUARY 2010 AT 4.00 p.m.
There will be a second candidates meeting on THURSDAY, 4TH MARCH 2010 at 5.00 p.m. after which campaigning will start.
THE SABBATICAL ELECTIONS WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY 10TH OF MARCH 2010 AT HENDREFOELAN STUDENT VILLAGE BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 1.00 p.m. – 7.00 p.m. AND THURSDAY 11TH OF MARCH 2010 ON THE UNIVERSITY CAMPUS, BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9.30 a.m.-7.00 pm.
Election results will be available on THURSDAY, 11TH MARCH 2010 from 10 p.m. onwards.
ONLY STUDENTS WITH VALID 2009-2010 STUDENT CARDS WILL BE PERMITTED TO VOTE. NO CARD – NO VOTE.
*In the case of election to the post of Women’s Officer, candidates must be women.
*In the case of election to the post of International Students Officer, candidates must be International / Non-U.K. resident students.
