Founded in 2011 and running strong in 2023/24, we are a first aid society as part of St. John Ambulance Cymru. We cover many duties as medical responders at events within the local area, such as sporting events, concerts and local festivals. Anyone can join, no previous experience is required. Our society is not restricted to students of medical disciplines; so join now to have fun, do something valuable with your time and become part of the team!
We run frequent socials which include a wide variety of activities (both drinking and non-drinking), Lazer tag, Christmas social, and bowling; also we frequently go to JC's after training (and don't worry the vice president usually has a hot chocolate, so there is no obligation to drink).
We meet Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm on Singleton Campus (Fulton House lecture room A) for training (during term time).
