Overview

Venue – faraday L, Singleton Campus

What will you learn?

Learn how to take beautiful, creative portraits, mastering the manual settings on your camera and work with your subject to create images worth sharing.
This practical, hands-on workshop is suitable for beginner or intermediate photographers.
This is a “Bring Your Own Camera” workshop.

Why will it be good for you?

This workshop is ideal for photographers of any level that don’t have much or any experience but also those who want to develop their existing skills.

Who is taking the session?

The workshop will be run by our own Simeon Smith from the Employability Academy. When he’s not arranging work placements, he writes about film photography for Amateur Photography Magazine, Lomography and The Film Shooter’s Collective. Last year the Kickstarter for his book “Every Shot Matters” reached its funding goal in just 4 hours. Take a look at his creative work at www.awonderfulkindofimpossible.co.uk
