It's that time of year - Revision Week is over and Exam Season is upon us.

Study Aid

We've put together some activities to help you during this challenging time, including a sports day, free tea, coffee and biscuits, and Stress Less Fest.

Take a look at the timetable below to see what we've got in store. If you want to take part, make sure you sign up to reserve your spot as there are limited spaces on some of the activities.

  • Free tea, coffee and biscuits are available in the libraries on both Singleton and Bay campuses every weekday
  • De-Stress Day returns yet again to help you escape the anxiety and stress of exam time! We will be in the Taliesin on the 16th of May and the Haven on the 18th of May, providing a wide range of activities to help with your mental well-being, including:
    • Dog therapy
    • Aromatherapy
    • Arts and Crafts
    • Massage Sessions
  • Guided meditation helps boost your productivity, reduce anxiety, enhance self-awareness and improve your sleep. Just follow this link for the Zoom chat, or click here to visit our What's On page to book a spot at The Lighthouse or The Haven
  • Stress Less Fest will be held on the Bay campus on the 23rd May from 12pm - 5pm - expect Guide Dog puppies, free stationery, refreshments, stalls, and more
  • Swansea Storm will be on hand on 27th May to give you an introduction to the world of Wheelchair Basketball - this session is open to anyone and everyone!
  • Get your endorphins going with our Sports Day on 31st May! There will be football, touch rugby and netball throughout the day, and it all kicks off at 12pm - click here to reserve your place on the team
  • Take in the stunning Swansea scenery on a trip to Three Cliffs - Find out more and book your place here. Packed lunch included!
