The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a meeting that happens every year where you can get the full picture of what impact we've made at the Union. Among other things, you'll get the annual fully audited accounts of the Union and its companies, an annual report from Trustees, and have the chance to put any questions to the Trustees Board and vote on motions.
The motions being put forward this year are as follows:
1. Gender Neutral Toilets in Swansea University
2. Annual Women's Equality Week
3. Implementing Liberation Campaigns into FTO Roles
Voting on motions is open to all Swansea University students who attend the AGM.
The AGM will take place in the Refectory in Singleton Campus on the 11th February 2020 at 6PM.
This is your opportunity for you to see what we have been doing in the last year and to have your say on decisions that will have lasting impacts on students across the University.
