Best Bar None

Best Bar None

You already know that JC's, 52° and Diva's are the best, but now it's been officialy confirmed! We are proud to announce that our bars have all received a Gold Best Bar None award for the second year running.

Best Bar None is aimed primarily at promoting responsible management and operation of alcohol licensed premises. The scheme is run by NUS, where an anonymous customer reports back on their experience.

The awards hope to reduce alcohol-related crime and disorder, build positive relationships between trade, police and local authorities, and to reduce the harmful effects of binge drinking. This means you can enjoy a night at our venues knowing that we're doing our best to keep you safe!

Our Events and Bars Manager, Bleddyn Carter, said: "Once again we are so pleased to win a gold Best Bar None award. The students are always at the heart of what we do so letting them know they can relax and be safe in our bars is fantastic. It's great to be recognised for our achievements."

Best Bar None

Rydych chi'n gwybod bod JC's, 52° a Diva's yn wych, ond nawr mae hwn yn swyddogol! Rydyn ni'n falch i gyhoeddi bod ein bariau i gyd wedi derbyn gwobrwyon Best Bar None Aur am yr ail flwyddyn.

Mae Best Bar None yn bwriadu hybu rheolaeth a gweithredaeth gyfrifol o safleoedd â thrwydded alcohol. UCM sy'n cynnal y cynllun, lle bod cwsmer dienw yn dod ac yn adrodd yn ôl am ei brofiad.

Mae'r gwobrwyon yn ceisio lleihau trosedd sy'n ymwneud ag alcohol, maethu perthynas rhwng busnesau, yr heddlu a'r awdurdodau lleol a lleihau effeithiau negyddol goryfed mewn pyliau. Mae hyn yn golygu eich bod chi'n gallu mwynhau noson yn ein bariau a gwybod ein bod ni'n gwneud ein gorau i gadw chi'n ddiogel.

Dywedodd ein Rheolwr Digwyddiadau a Bariau, Bleddyn Carter: "Once again we are so pleased to win a Gold Best Bar None award. The students are always at the heart of what we do so letting them know they can relax and be safe in our bars is fantastic. It's great to be recognised for our achievements."
