Over the last couple of weeks, we’ve been giving away pots and pans to all students who needed kitchen equipment for their new homes. As so many students left their unwanted cutlery, saucepans and toasters in their halls last year, we decided to give them a wash and find them a new home.
All items were free, but we raised a total of £83.29 in donations, which will be given to Discovery, the University’s Volunteering Service, so thank you to everyone who came along!

Dros yr wythnosau diwethaf, rhoddon ni botiau a phaniau rhad ac am ddim i fyfyrwyr a oedd angen offer cegin ar gyfer eu tai newydd. Gan fod cymaint o fyfyrwyr wedi gadael eu cyllyll, ffyrc, sosbenni a thostwyr yn eu llety myfyrwyr llynedd, penderfynon ni eu golchi a dod o hyd i gartrefi newydd iddynt.
Roedd popeth yn rhad ac am ddim, ond derbynion ni £83.29 mewn rhoddion, a byddwn ni’n eu rhoi i Discovery, Gwasanaeth Gwirfoddoli’r Brifysgol, felly diolch o galon i bawb a ddaeth i’r digwyddiad.
