We are in a period of uncertainty, and studying remotely and social distancing can be really difficult. It's important to look after yourself during this time, so here are a few tips from us:
1. Set a morning routine
2. Wash your hands for 20 seconds
3. Eat a balanced diet and stay hydrated
4. Do a home workout
5. Get stuck into a good book, netflix series or podcast
6. Video call your loved ones
