SU Winter Break Update.
In the words of Mariah Carey...”IT’S TIIIIIMMMEEEE!”. The 2023 season is coming to an end and the Winter break is now upon us. Soon, your SU will be temporarily closing to join you in celebrating the Christmas and New Year festivities.
Our SU offices will be closed from Wednesday the 20th of December at 1pm and will return to normal operation on Monday the 8th of January. If you need us during this time, feel free to get in touch via hello.swansea-union.co.uk and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Most of our SU venues and services will also be closed throughout the Winter Break. Costcutter, your SU convenience store will be making some changes to their opening hours over the festive period but will still be there to provide you with all the essentials you need right through until December 23rd.

Winter Break Venue & Services Operating Hours.
Advice & Support
Our Advice & Support Centre will be closed from 1pm on the 20th of December to the 8th of January, and walk-in appointments will start again on Tuesday 9th January from 12pm-4pm.
Although the team won't be addressing ongoing cases during the winter break, they will be providing signposting services via advice@swansea-union.co.uk on the 22nd, 26th,28th December and 2nd & 5th January to help guide students or provide them with information on deadlines and extensions.

Saturday 16th December: 9am - 3pm
Sunday 17th December: 10am - 3pm
Monday 18th December to Thursday 21st December: 8am - 7pm
Friday 22nd December: 8am - 2pm
Saturday 23rd December to Monday 1st January: Closed
Tuesday 2nd Jan - Friday 5th Jan 8am - 7pm
Normal hours resume from Saturday 6th January
