SUTV record, edit and publish video content online with the aim to promote and publicise the students’ experience at university through events, societies, and sports.
SUTV produce pre-recorded content as well live-streams, that bring together students, University staff, and members of the wider Swansea community.
Not only does SUTV give you some great experience, you also get to join some exciting opportunities such as attending society and sports events, exclusive access at Varsity and Summer Ball, film making with outside organisations and more.

The Waterfront is the official student-led newspaper/magazine, it aims to reflect students’ perspectives on a wide range of sections (anything from current affairs to food and culture). The Waterfront has been in publication in various forms since 1922 so it is approaching its centenary.
It publishes monthly and takes submissions from students. You can also arrange interviews and reviews for articles. Let your creativity flow!

Xtreme Radio is the SU’s online radio station that broadcasts 24 hours a day, you can join the on-air team as a presenter and have your own show! Or if you prefer, help out behind the scenes in tech or production. Student radio is a pillar of University life across the UK, and Xtreme is no different.
Xtreme Radio is over 50 years old, and is the oldest student radio station in Wales. It has great links with the UK Student Radio Association, which provides professional guidance, as well as workshops with industry leaders and hosts and annual conference, which Xtreme Radio hosted in Swansea in 2019.
