Job Duration

All positions are subject to a one month trial period and employees will be reviewed accordingly.

This role is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to gain new and useful skills through working at Fulton Outfitters. Applicants must be self motivated, honest and enjoy working in a retail environment. 

 

Job Description 

Duties:

  • To assist the manager in all aspects of running Fulton Outfitters 
  • Assist in the supervision of all cash administration
  • To assist maintain the shop administration.
  • To maximise and achieve sales in a very busy retail environment.
  • To be responsible for the opening and or closing of the shop.
  • To give excellent customer service to both students and members of the public. 

 

Person specification. 

Essential characteristics:

  • Ability to work quickly and to a high standard. 
  • Ability to prioritise work. 
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually. 
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.

Desirable characteristics 

  • Previous retail experience. 
  • Good knowledge and interest in fashion
