Ultimate Frisbee!
Ultimate frisbee is a fast paced, challenging and tactical sport that involves 2 teams competing to score points by catching a disc in their opponents endzone. Most people start their experience at university, so it doesn’t matter if you’ve never thrown a disc before – we’ll teach you everything you need to get up to speed. Swansea Ultimate possesses teams ranging from social to competitive allowing you to decide how much time you would like to dedicate to the sport. We train 3 times a week, once indoors and twice outdoors allowing us to prioritise whatever needs training the most. Training
We train both indoors and outdoors throughout the year, training times:
Tuesday (indoors) - Singleton Park Sports Hall (SA2 8QG): 8:00pm-10:00pm
Wednesday (outdoors) - The Recreation Ground (SA2 0AU): 2:00pm-4:00pm
Sunday (outdoors) - Sketty Lane Rugby Pitches (SA2 8PY): 2:00pm-4:00pm
Bring trainers for indoors and studs for outdoors, sports clothing (a light and dark top) and plenty of water!

Mae Ultimate Frisbee yn gamp gyflym, heriol a thactegol sy'n cynnwys 2 dîm yn cystadlu i sgorio pwyntiau trwy ddal disg ym mharth terfyn eu gwrthwynebwyr. Mae’r rhan fwyaf o bobl yn dechrau eu profiad yn y brifysgol, felly does dim ots os nad ydych chi erioed wedi taflu disg o’r blaen – byddwn ni’n dysgu popeth sydd ei angen arnoch chi i gael y wybodaeth ddiweddaraf. Mae gan Swansea Ultimate dimau sy'n amrywio o gymdeithasol i gystadleuol sy'n eich galluogi i benderfynu faint o amser yr hoffech ei neilltuo i'r gamp. Rydym yn hyfforddi 3 gwaith yr wythnos, unwaith dan do a dwywaith yn yr awyr agored sy'n ein galluogi i flaenoriaethu beth bynnag sydd angen hyfforddiant fwyaf.
