Swansea University Table Tennis Club invites ALL of you to join our Table Tennis League at Sport Hall & Courts on Bay Campus!!!Entirely beginner-friendly for people who are interested in a slightly competitive environment to play table tennis!
Location: Bay Campus Sports HallStart Date 05/10/2026 End Date 7/12/2026Number of Fixtures: Depends on the number of entries.
Format
First week: Swiss tournament taster just for fun.
Second week: random seeding, entries and complete information. EVERYONE is welcome! This is the registration DEADLINE (12th of October).
Third-Ninth week: box league, boxes of 4, first 4 weeks, 2 people go up and down; last 3 weeks, 1 person goes up, 1 down. BO3 matches. If needed, a BO1 box tiebreaker would be set. EVERYONE gets to play a lot of matches.
Tenth week: Playoffs to decide the top 16. BO5 matches. Everyone can also vote for the playoff results and get a prize for the best prediction! (Note: Playoffs will be 2 hours, from 18-20)

Walkover Rules
Walkover (non-attendance at the match) means a technical loss unless your matches are rescheduled and played by Sunday of the same week. Rescheduling and notifying organisers is your own responsibility. You can reschedule to play in accommodation common rooms or find time during other sessions for that.
