The Societies and Services Officer is focused on ensuring that societies gain fair representation and support from the Union and University. If you’d like to get involved with a society Josh is the officer to see!

On the services sides, Josh looks after and works with all of our bars, retail and support services including our nursery and advice centre ensuring all students are getting value for money from their Union. Whilst all full-time officers are responsible for the Unions finances, this officer is the key liaison with the Finance Office.

“This year I’ll be looking to extend the facilities and equipment available to societies whilst also delivering a newly refurbished Divas, helping you become more employable and developing your skills through our Student Job Fayre and other initiatives in the Students’ Union.”
