The weekender event will be 2 nights at a campsite in mid wales, near Devil's Bridge.
22nd - 24th May
Everyone is welcome! No need to be an experienced camper, medic or even a student. We just ask that you are open to sleeping in a tent for 2 nights and take an interest in the outdoors and expedition medicine!
Everyone is expected to make their way to the campsite independently and to bring their own camping gear. But we can help to organise lift shares and lending of equipment if you need it! Send us a message :)
A BBQ will be included in the ticket on the Friday night, with a campfire both evenings.
Saturday and Sunday will be busy days of practicing clinical skills in the wilderness, and how to deal with common outdoor medical or emergency scenarios, including teaching from mountain rescue and Dr David Lee, as well as some time to enjoy the beautiful surrounding countryside.
