About
We will be heading on down to the Penderyn Swansea Copperworks Distillary this Sunday (19th November) for the 2pm tour. In the tour you'll learn about the history of copper mining of Swansea, look around the Penderyn Swansea Copperworks distillery, see how barrels change the flavour/aroma of whisky and of course have some whisky tasters (they have their own vodka, gin and cream liquor if that's more your kind of thing as well as soft drinks if you want something less alcoholic) If you're intending to get the bus committee will be at the bus station at 1:15 to get the bus down. To get on the tour you need to buy tickets from here (https://www.penderyn.wales/tours-swansea-copperworks/). Select concession (reduces it from 18 quid to 16 quid) so you can get the cheaper rate and remember to bring your student ID and valid proof of age ID with you on the day. Once you're booked on please contact us to say that you're coming along!
