Swansea Women in Engineering Society will be hosting an in-person panel discussion on Thursday 27th November on Bay Campus with industry representatives in mechanical/automotive engineering (Jaguar Land Rover) and aerospace engineering (Safran GB).
This event is non-gender specific and we encourage anyone in STEM or just curious to attend.
It will cover topics such as current and future challenges in engineering-sustainability, AI integration and cyber security - with advice on how to prepare and adapt skills to current and future roles. This event is a great opportunity to network with employers and engage in industry relevant discussions. You'll also have the chance to learn about their communities, how to navigate mentorship and an evolving workplace.
