Continue improving the Academic Reps system to make it more established and effective

  • Foster a stronger Rep community by introducing monthly socials.
  • Restructure Rep training to be more interactive, engaging, and tailored for each School.
  • Expand training opportunities, including Mental Health First Aid, leadership/management, and employability skills.
  • Continue to strengthen the partnership between School and Subject Reps to encourage more collaboration within the Rep system.
  • Support the Welsh-Affairs Officer in strengthening the Welsh Rep scheme to ensure representation across all Schools.
