-

Clarification on the role of Publicist - addition of being able to take over the Social Media Representatives roles (if unable to perform their role), as well as organising who is filming and photographing shows and showcases, where necessary.
-
Addition of duties to the role of the Social Secretary - they should ensure necessary events have a photographer (for example, Christmas Dinner and Oscars), and organise the sober committee member regarding each relevant social.
-
The addition of a Welfare and Charity Representative - this individual will oversee the liaisons in their role, and will be the link from the society to the SUSU for events regarding welfare. This individual should know all details about complaints, including names. These names will be spared when discussing with the rest of the committee. They will also arrange all charity showcases (with the exception of the PA Showcase, organised by the President).
-
The addition of a liaison having the ability to step into the role of unofficial Assistant Director if necessary - a case-by-case basis, but means Directors can have further help if necessary.
-
Committee members directly involved in a show (as cast, Director or liaison) should prioritise their position in the cast above their committee position - the only exceptions being Arts Director and Tech Director for tech and dress rehearsals. The committee members in the cast can still be committee members, but this should be a last case situation, cast should go to active committee members on show nights.
-
Complaints should be formally written down in either a message to liaisons, or sent from liaisons in lieu of another - to ensure all complaints are addressed properly so nothing is missed.
-
Any member who wishes to voice a concern or complaint should go to the liaison first - an unspoken rule before, but deemed necessary to add to the constitution. This also ensures the right people know all the information, and minimises potential rumours that may occur as a result.
-
After three repeated complaints by a single member, they will be invited to a committee meeting - this is to discuss the root of the complaints, as well as potential action that may be taken.
-

-
Clarification that agenda points in General (Committee) Meetings can be added by all present at any time throughout the meeting.
-
The addition of the role of Stage Manager in the constitution - this individual is on par with Directors on tech, dress and show nights. They are also in charge of making executive decisions on whether a show can proceed in lieu of cast health/wellbeing crisis, fire, set collapse etc.
-
Clarification that money earned by showcases can go to charity or separate (specified) groups.
-
Applauding the tech (sound and lighting) as well as stage crew, should be strongly advised to end any Shoreline production.
