Every October, we celebrate Black History Month, and each year there is a different theme!
The theme for this year is "Standing Firm in Power and Pride," which highlights the resilience, strength, and contributions of Black communities and looks toward future empowerment.
The theme acknowledges both the historical and ongoing influence of Black individuals and communities in areas like leadership, activism, and culture.
