To boost awareness and visibility of the Student Union so that every student benefits from the full SU experience.
Planned Actions:

Launch a year-long awareness campaign, starting with Freshers Week, focused on promoting the Union’s services, support systems, and opportunities to ensure students understand and access what’s available to them.

Develop a “You Said, We Did” campaign process to showcase how student feedback directly influences change within the Union, reinforcing transparency, accountability, and student voice.

Developing a plan to increase the visibility of Stan the Swan as a memorable figure, using him as a key activation tool across Union campaigns and events to boost student engagement and recognition - integrating Stan into the branding across the Union (Fulton Outfitters).
