Define the main objective
The main objective for this event is to have a large scale, engaging event in the second term before Varsity, that incorporates sport and society members.
Identify planned actions
- Plan the structure of the event
- Send out an application form for Sports members to apply
- Liase with Darts Society to incorporate their best members who are highly skilled for the partnerships
- Make promotional and marketing creations, then promote it!
