What is the SDG Teach in?
This is an annual campaign bringing in educators across the globe to embed the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals into their teaching, training and learning.

When is the SDG Teach in?
For 2026 this campaign will last from the 1st March to the 31st March

How can I be involved?
You can pledge to take part here 
Sign up to the Introductionary Webinar 28th Jan 12:00-13:00 to get guidance on how you can get involved as a student and see examples of how people have taken part previously and the support available.

What are the aims of the SDG Teach In?

Empower: Ensure students and staff are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and attributes to be the change they want to see in the world.

Critically engage: Showcase case studies and good practice of educator’s engagement with the SDGs and/or beyond including social-environmental justice and other frameworks related to sustainability.

Catalyse curriculum transformation: by encouraging and supporting educators to innovate methods in Education for Sustainable Development.

Swansea University will have a SWELL leaderboard, with the department with the most staff and students signed up for the SDG Teach In getting 2500 points for each user! Remember, the more points you have, the higher chance you have to win one of the monthly vouchers for top SWell performers.
