Back in the summer of 2023, Swansea University Students’ Union changed from an unincorporated charity to an incorporated charity (read more here).
As a part of that process, we adopted a new Memorandum & Articles of Association, since then we have worked on reviewing, revising and writing new Schedules associated with the Articles of Association.
We are now beginning the process of consulting you, our members, on the contents of those schedules.
Below, you will find the full versions of these schedules, we invite you to read them and we welcome your feedback.
We will then review your suggestions and amend the schedules before finalising them.
The consultation period will last for three weeks, so the deadline for your feedback is Wednesday 11th December 2024.
