Myself and the Education Officer have curated a comprehensive document outlining key issues raised through student feedback, including RepCon, surveys, Helpdesk data, and forums. This has been presented to Senior Leadership Team and raised with Estates to highlight key concerns and areas for improvement.
Further work is planned, including presenting findings to the Bay Campus Experience Group next term to support continued progress and accountability.
