Rhianedd Collins has won Rep of the Month for December - find out more about why Rhianedd won and how to get involved
Rhianedd Collins has won Rep of the Month - but what does Rhianedd do?
Which School is Rhianedd part of?
Rhianedd is in the School of Culture and Communication
Why did Rhianedd win?
Rhianedd went above and beyond, regularly attending meetings and consistently prioritising gathering feedback to improve the student experience
During Study Week, Rhianedd organised and ran a PGT Study Skills & social event for SoCC and SoSSa, arranging for a representative from CAS to attend and run a Study Skills workshop, which was attended well by both home and international students
In addition to this, Rhianedd has also started coffee walks for PGT students offering the opportunity for students to talk about concerns related to their courses and also get to talk to Rhianedd on a more personal level
She also volunteered to be part of the focus group in My Engagement Platform, successfully encouraging over 100 students to complete the survey for the WhatUni Review Survey, as well as creating a WhatsApp group that she uses to advertise further study skills and social events
We are taking this opportunity to commend Rhianedd on her dedication to making students have a better university experience when it comes to their academics, and for also working as hard alongside her studies!
