The future of the Students’ Union is in your hands, make your voice heard and cast your vote today!
Cast your vote and help decide who will represent you and shape the student experience over the next year.
There are six Full-Time Officer positions up for election:
President
Education Officer
Societies & Services Officer
Sports Officer
Welfare Officer
Welsh Affairs Officer
These officers work full-time to represent students, campaign for change, and improve everything from your academic experience, support your clubs, societies, and your university experience.
You can also vote in the National Union of Students (NUS) Affiliation, deciding whether our Students’ Union should be affiliated with the NUS.
🗳️ How Voting Works
Our elections use the Single Transferable Vote (STV) system, which means you rank candidates in order of preference rather than choosing just one. This helps make sure your vote counts.
Remember: R.O.N (Re-Open Nominations) is always an option.
If you don’t feel any candidate represents you, voting R.O.N is a completely valid choice.
